Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic Google Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance. Someone who can not only run campaigns but also own strategy, execution, and growth across multiple B2 B lead-generation accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns focused on B2 B lead generation.
- Strategise full-funnel ad flows, from keyword planning to conversion tracking.
- Manage ad budgets of ₹10–20 L+ per month efficiently with a strong ROI focus.
- Work on landing page optimisation and CRO to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Create in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, messaging, and audience targeting.
