Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior GA4 & Funnel Analytics Specialist with strong hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, and BigQuery to analyze user journeys, optimize funnels, and drive conversion insights for digital products. The role requires deep analytical skills, strong tracking knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage GA4 tracking and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Analyze GTM events, identify tracking gaps, and recommend fixes
- Design, validate, and analyze funnels across multiple entry paths
- Write and optimize BigQuery (SQL) queries for deep-dive analysis
- Analyze user behavior, journeys, drop-offs, and conversion metrics
- Build dashboards using Looker Studio / Power BI / Mixpanel
- Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives using Optimizely, FeatureWisor, or Google Optimize
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 (events, parameters, conversions)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) – tag setup, triggers, debugging, validation
- BigQuery (SQL) – ability to write optimized queries
- Strong understanding of funnels, user journeys, and conversion analysis
- Experience with dashboarding & visualization tools (Looker Studio / Power BI / Mixpanel)
Good-to-Have Skills
- CRO & A/B testing tools (Optimizely, FeatureWisor, Google Optimize)
- Experience with mobile/app analytics (Firebase)
- Exposure to SaaS or product-led growth models
