<p><b data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Role: Google Cloud ML Engineer- Vertex AI & CCAI Chat Virtual Agent Expert or GCP Certification</b></p> <p><b>Day 1 onsite in Dallas TX In person needed.</b></p> <p><b>Duration: 1+ year telecom Exp needed</b></p> <p><b>About the Role:</b></p> <p>We seek an experienced developer to design, build, and deploy advanced Conversational AI/NLU solutions</p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, with proficiency in Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).</li> <li>Hands-on experience in developing NLP and GenAI Models on Vertex AI</li> <li>Proficiency in training, fine-tuning, and deploying custom LLMs, transformer models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to AI Models.</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).</li> <li>Good to have an understanding on other GCP services and cloud-native architectures</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:-</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field</li> <li>Must have GCP Certification- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer</li> <li>Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini)</li> <li>Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems</li> </ul> <p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration.</li> <li>Strong ownership and end-to-end project delivery.</li> <li>Leadership in cross-functional environments.</li> <li>Team Leading and Management.</li> </ul>
