Google Workspace & SaaS Consolidation Architect (Multi-Entity Business)
Overview
We operate multiple companies under a holding structure in Puerto Rico (tourism & hospitality). We currently have fragmented Google Workspaces and SaaS tools and need a structured consolidation into one scalable system.
This is not basic IT support.
We need someone experienced in multi-entity digital architecture and governance.
Scope of Work
1. Google Workspace Consolidation
-Merge 3 Workspaces into 1 holding Workspace
-Migrate ~35–40 users
-Migrate ~18GB Drive data
-Add multiple domains
-Design Shared Drive structure
-Clean permission architecture
2. SaaS Ownership Governance
Align and clean ownership of:
-Hiver
-Asana
-Slack
-1Password
-QuickBooks (separate entities)
-ADP
-MarketMan
-Wherewolf
-Podium
-Design holding-level vs brand-level ownership model.
3. Device & Access Standardization
-Standardize 1Password rollout
