The Governance Coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day governance activities across the entire suite of capex projects. Reporting to the Head of Governance, the Governance Coordinator will play a key role in implementing the governance standards for the consistent monitoring, control, reporting and assuring the controls activities within the Programmes.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as a key representative of the Governance – implementing continuous governance improvements across all programmes.
  • Maintain the governance processes and supporting documentation / tools
  • Set the standards for Governance in alignment with the Corporate Governance Policy and requirements of the Portfolio Board
  • Maintain regular communications with active team and business stakeholders to ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties, which may impede progress or compromise ...
