The University Secretary’s Office is a central pillar backbone of Murdoch University's governance. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the University operates ethically, effectively and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. We provide expert advice, maintain sound governance structures, and support informed decision-making across the university community.
Your New Role!
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned committees and ad hoc working groups. You’ll provide high-level advice to the Chair on meeting protocols, Terms of Reference and relevant policies and work closely with the Secretary to Academic Council to develop strategic workplans aligned with committee objectives.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items, and following up with stakeholders to ensure decisions are implemented. Your expertise in research ...
