About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on GRC Program Manager to strengthen our program management support for regulatory and governance activities across management committees and board meetings. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and excellent communication. Someone who can drive outcomes, create crisp narratives, and keep complex governance motions running smoothly.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Info Sec, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to deliver high-quality governance artifacts: committee packs, board decks, minutes of meeting, action trackers, regulatory submission, and policy management.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Governance & Committee/Board Cadence (Core)
Plan and run governance cadence for IT Steering Committee (ITSC) and other management/board-level forums
Own end-to-end meeting execution: agenda shaping, pre-reads, stakeholder inputs, meeting logistics, and action closure
Create high-quality decks and committee packs with clear storyline, decisions required, risks, and progress updates
Maintain decision logs, action trackers, RAG status, dependencies, and escalation notes
Regulatory & Compliance Program Support
Support regulatory-driven programs including governance artefacts, trackers, evidence readiness, and internal coordination
Assist in regulatory submissions and leadership reporting (as applicable) with high attention to detail and timelines
Coordinate across teams to ensure commitments are met and evidence is complete, consistent, and audit-friendly
Policy Management & Annual Reviews
Drive the Annual Policy Review cycle end-to-end: scheduling, version control, reviews, approvals, publication, and communication
Partner with policy owners to ensure updates reflect evolving risks, controls, and regulatory expectations
Maintain policy calendars, review logs, and approval workflows
Budget & Planning Support
Support creation and consolidation of IT & IS Budgets
Track asks, rationale, prioritization, cost heads, and alignment to strategic/regulatory needs
Build leadership-ready summaries: trade-offs, risks, and investment story
Reporting, Storytelling & Executive Communication
Produce crisp reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior leadership
Translate complex inputs into clear executive narratives (what changed, why it matters, what decision is needed)
What You will need
3 - 8 years of experience in program management / governance / risk / compliance / IT audit / consulting / PMO (financial services or regulated tech preferred)
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder, meeting packs, and succinct written communication
Strong experience running committees / steering forums: agenda, pre-reads, and action closure
Exceptional ownership: you are proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving follow-ups across senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of governance and control environments (IT / Info Sec / Risk / Compliance basics)
Good to Have
Experience in banking/fintech regulatory environments (e.g., governance expectations, audit readiness, policy frameworks)
Familiarity with GRC / audit / workflow tools
Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC / RBI-aligned governance expectations (awareness is sufficient; deep expertise not mandatory)
