Job Summary: The Governance Coordinator is responsible for providing organizational and administrative support to CTI's governance structure and associated procedures, which support the success of our client relationships and governance execution.
What You'll Do:
* Manage and continuously improve CTI's client governance framework, ensuring scalable processes, clear accountability, and robust tracking of governance performance.
* Prepare governance materials and templates, including charters, governance meeting agendas, and presentation materials, and distribute to cross-functional teams.
* Support new client onboarding and coordinate, support, and/or lead Governance and Partnership Kick off Meetings (KOM), evaluating client context and training internal team on elected governance structure, priorities, and engagement approach.
