Overview


ISS STOXX is seeking a few full-time Research Assistants for 2026 proxy season. This position will be based in Sydney and would mainly cover China and Taiwan Market from March 16, 2026 -June 5, 2026 (3 months).


Responsibilities

  • Analyze corporate governance and financial information to process data and write research reports on publicly traded companies mainly in mainland China and Taiwan;

  • Issue proxy vote recommendations for shareholder meetings of the companies mainly listed in stock exchanges in mainland China and Taiwan;

  • Develop market expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues gathered through research and potential engagement with company executives, institutional investors, and government/regulatory/listing authorities.
