**Job Description**
+ Assist in the preparation of the annual incurred cost proposal
+ Respond to requests for information from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), or other government agencies in support of ongoing audits with the ability to research, interpret, and understand regulations to support the company s position
+ Support financial and operational audits by examining accounting records
+ Perform analyses of compliance matters
+ Analyze transactional data
+ Assist the Labor Compliance team with labor transfers while ensuring compliance with Government regulations and contract requirements
+ Assist in compliance surveillance activities such as labor qualification contract reviews and other activities as required
+ Maintain appropriate records and documentation to support government compliance activities including desktop procedures
