We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and execute paid advertising campaigns for government departments and public-sector projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of government advertising guidelines, mandatory disclaimers, and compliance requirements, and be capable of handling campaigns independently from planning to reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns for government and public-sector initiatives.
Create and manage ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
Ensure all advertisements strictly follow government advertising policies, legal guidelines, approval processes, and disclaimer requirements.
Optimize campaigns to improve reach, lead generation, and conversions while maintaining compliance.
Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Prepare and share regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ads align with project goals and government requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for government departments or public-sector organizations.
Strong understanding of government ad disclaimers, compliance rules, and approval workflows.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaigns from start to finish.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility when handling regulated advertising.
