Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Government Relations (PRO) to own and scale all government-facing operations across GCG Structuring.
This is a senior execution + leadership role for someone who knows how UAE authorities really work and can solve problems fast, accurately, and at scale.
You will be accountable for immigration, licensing, free zones, mainland authorities, pricing accuracy, data ownership, and team management.

Reports to: Head of Operations
Government & Authority Operations
End‑to‑end ownership of:
- UAE Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, etc.)
- Dubai Mainland (DED / DET)
- Immigration (GDRFA, MOHRE)
- Personally handle complex or escalated cases
- Oversee standard cases through the PRO team
Immigration & Visa Leadership
- Investor, employee, dependent, and advanced visa cases
