Overview
We’re looking for Customer Service Agent to support a government-related project , assisting members of the public with enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. If you enjoy problem-solving, interacting with people, and providing clear guidance in a professional manner, this role could be a great fit. On-the-job training will be provided.
Location: Mapletree Business City
Salary: Up to $2,800 + KPI Incentive + Bonus
Leave Benefits: Annual Leave up to 18 Days + Birthday leave + Family Care Leave + Statutory Leave
Working Schedule: 5 days/week (8.45am to 6.15pm / 11.45am to 9.15pm) With Hybrid work arrangement
About the Role
