Title: GPP BA / SME / GPP Config specialist
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Remote)
Contract: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Overview:
- Multifaceted role entailing Business Analysis, Subject Matter Expert and implementation of Global PayPlus software
- Primary responsibilities include the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the GPP software
- The role acts as a bridge between business operations and technical teams, leveraging expertise in the GPP application to manage system changes and resolve issues
Must Have:
- Mass Payments and ACH experience
- Good in Direct Debit and Collection
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis (BA): Liaising with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
