Job Description:

Title: GPP BA / SME / GPP Config specialist

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Remote)

Contract: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Overview:

• Multifaceted role entailing Business Analysis, Subject Matter Expert and implementation of Global PayPlus software
• Primary responsibilities include the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the GPP software
• The role acts as a bridge between business operations and technical teams, leveraging expertise in the GPP application to manage system changes and resolve issues

Must Have:

• Mass Payments and ACH experience
• Good in Direct Debit and Collection

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis (BA): Liaising with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on GPP functionalities, best practices, and industry standards within the payments domain.
• GPP Configuration: Managing both functional and technical changes for the GPP application, including configuration, testing, and promotion of changes to production environments.
• Technical Oversight: Collaborating with vendors and internal development teams, and handling production support issues.
