Grader Operator – MACA

Location: Mt Evelyn, Yarra Ranges.

MACA Infrastructure is seeking a Grader Operator to join our team. The position requires meeting set targets safely and efficiently while operating plant equipment they have been assessed as competent in.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre‑start checks to ensure the machine is safe to operate.
• Operate plant in an efficient and effective manner to achieve shift production targets.
• Report any faults and defects of plant immediately to the Supervisor.
• Report all hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents immediately to the Supervisor.
• Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.
