Final Trim Grader Operators | Civil Construction | Hiring Australia-wide (flights included)

Due to a robust pipeline of upcoming work and the recent addition of five brand new CAT 150 graders to our fleet , we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators with GPS/UTS expertise to join us on various high-profile projects, including Main Roads WA scopes.

Your Role

  • 들과 deliver precise final trim works using GPS/UTS (Trimble or Topcon)
  • Ensure project specifications are met with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work on detailed scopes such as shoulders, intersections, culverts, aerod丽e upgrades, and road maintenance
  • Take pride in your machine and uphold a high standard of safety and compliance

What We’re Looking For

    5+ years Final Trim Operating experience
  • Proven GPS/UTS (Trimble or Topcon) grading experience
  • 10+ years in civil construction
  • Main Roads experience
  • High standard of equipment care
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Confidence using smartphone apps
  • Ability to pass ongoing drug & alcohol testing, thorough pre‑employment medical & gain a satisfactory national police clearance xử

Tickets & Qualifications

  • Current HR Driver’s License (minimum)
  • Relevant Operating Ticket (RIIMPO324)
  • Cert III in Civil Construction (highly regarded)
  • White or Blue Construction Induction Card
