About This Opportunity

We are now looking for an IT Engineer Graduate to perform IT services like operations support, maintenance and administration of customer systems. The position is part of a customer team and works at customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible. The engineer provides support and maintenance of required customer products/systems and their relative sizing and optimization. The engineer validates the provided change requests, implements them, identifies anomalies with respect to system specification, and makes a first diagnosis of possible causes.

What You Will Do

• Work on the support and maintenance of IT systems with third-party supervision.
• Perform daily routine tasks like health checks and routine maintenance.
• Monitor the system or receive alerts from monitoring teams and take necessary actions.
