We're supporting a growing technology organisation in Lisbon that is continuing to invest heavily in its AI capability, with a particular focus on agentic AI systems and production-grade solutions.
They're now looking to hire an AI Engineer to join their core AI function, working on the design and deployment of intelligent agent workflows and retrieval-augmented systems that support regulatory and operational use cases.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (2-3 days on-site)
Salary: €45,000 - €68,000 DOE

Design and develop agentic AI workflows for automation and decision support
Build and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Develop AI/ML models using Python and PyTorch
