Job Description

  • Plant Absenteeism Management: Prepare and present day-to-day absenteeism and support to ensure 100% availability of people in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Support Recruitment, onboarding & Induction of Fixed term employees, Graduate Apprentice trainees.
  • Contract labour Management: Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Attendance Management. (Biometric and monthly reports), Statutory compliance, Dashboard preparations, Job rotation, Awareness activities.
  • Training coordination for Temporary trainees.
  • Support in developing Policy related to Employee Relations.
  • Support in Salary & Wage administration (Support to prepare monthly Payroll input).
  • Support employee initiatives & welfare activities such as Birthday celebrations, Transportation, family day celebration, sports day, Ayudha pooja, Karnataka Rajyotsava etc.
  • Preparation of reports like Absenteeism report
  • Processing the HR related invoices, ensuring the payment to vendors
  • Support Industrial Visits, Internship & project trainees.

    • Qualification

  • Graduation – BBA/BSW/BCom

    • Preferred skills

  • Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI
