Overview

Ultra Maritime seeks New Graduate Engineers (5 positions) to join the Dartmouth (Nova Scotia) based engineering teams. These roles are an exciting opportunity for a new or recent graduate looking to accelerate their development and career while contributing to the development of new and innovative solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy and its partners in the Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) domain. Aligned with the selected candidate skillsets, the New Graduate Engineers will provide cross-functional engineering and production support. This will provide the selected candidates with a deeper understanding of the business, promote collaboration across functions, and build the basis for a successful engineering career at Ultra Maritime. Following successful completion of this 24-month role, the New Graduate Engineers will be eligible to transition to a role within a particular engineering function or discipline.
