CRA is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to support our engineering and production teams. This role offers hands-on training in manufacturing processes, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration in the Energy and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production, quality, and design activities.
  • Learn fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
  • Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Support process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen).
  • Coordinate across departments and prepare documentation.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and learning attitude.
  • CAD and MS Office proficiency is a plus.
