Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support by answering employment and contract‑related questions, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining HRIS with accuracy and timeliness for team member changes and new joiners.
  • Owning global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive people strategy.
  • Working as a global partner with leads, managers, and executives.
  • Processing new hires, including country‑specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
