Learning Support Assistant

We are recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland . This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, SEN, social work, or pastoral support , and offers hands-on experience within the classroom.
Graduate LSAs play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and engagement with learning.

About the role
Support pupils in lessons across a range of subjects
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for students with additional needs
Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, or EHCPs
Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
