Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Reducing unit operating cost per tonne and improving plant efficiency
• Upskilling processing plant personnel and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Working closely with production supervisors and processing plant teams to achieve cost and production targets
• Participating in site rotations to gain hands-on experience with plant operations and asset management
• Contributing to site improvement projects and innovative initiatives, including coal-to-hydrogen projects
• Collaborating with experienced engineers and operations teams to support processing operations success
