This is a part-time remote role for a Graduate Program Coordinator. The Graduate Program Coordinator will oversee program management activities, efficiently develop and manage graduate programs, and facilitate strong communication across teams. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, ensuring timely project deliverables, managing program logistics, and offering exceptional customer service to support graduate program participants.
Qualifications
- Experience in Program Management and Program Development
- Strong skills in Project Management and organizational efficiency
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage timelines effectively
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and communication platforms
- Degree or equivalent experience in administration, education, or a relevant field
