About the Role

Your journey begins in one of our Australian stores, with the goal of becoming a Store Manager within 12 months . This program combines hands-on experience with structured training to develop your leadership and operational expertise.

What you'll learn and do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a premium brand experience
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to meet brand standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve performance goals
  • Create and manage effective work schedules for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

You'll receive monthly evaluations to track progress and prepare for your promotion interview after 12 months.

Your Career Path

  • Store Manager : Take ownership of a multi-million-dollar store
  • Senior Store Manager : Manage larger-scale operations
  • Area Manager : Oversee multiple store locations
  • General Operations Manager : Lead operations across multiple states

Beyond retail, you'll have opportunities to move into corporate roles at our Melbourne headquarters or pursue international leadership positions within our global network.

Who We're Looking For

  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) completed between 2024 and Jan 2026
  • Available to start full-time in February 2026
  • Flexible to relocate within Australia (current stores in WA, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT)
  • Able to work on a roster basis, including evenings and public holidays
