Graduate Program Lead

About the role

The Graduate Program Lead will support Community Mental Health practitioners and Allied Health graduates by designing, developing and implementing the Graduate program for Mind-led Locals. The Graduate program facilitates entry into the mental health sector for graduates, so they are supported through a structured workplace learning program to develop the skills required for a successful career.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual for a Fixed Term, Part-Time (15.2 hours per week until Feb 2027) opportunity located in the Melton area. The role will act as the direct line manager for the Graduates and provide a safe and supportive learning environment, supervision, mentorship and opportunities for reflective practice throughout their employment period.
