Job Description



Purpose:
The Graduate Program Support Assistant provides customer service and administrative support for Lassonde Graduate Programs, under the direction of the Manager, Graduate Studies.

Education:
Minimum completion of the first year in a post-secondary program in Office Administration, Business, Finance or a related field to acquire administrative skills.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-year related experience in office administration, student services, or customer service.

Skills:

- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
