Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Manage project files and ensure proper storage and retrieval.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project deliverables.

Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.

Provide administrative support for stakeholder meetings and events.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
