RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a Graduate Reliability Engineer to join our high-performing Service Delivery division.

This is a developmental, entry-level role designed to build capability in reliability engineering, asset management, and site-based operations. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will support the safety, availability, performance, and lifecycle value of fixed plant assets across RCR OEM and client operations.

You will gain hands-on exposure to reliability analysis, data-driven decision making, and operational environments while developing the skills required to progress toward an independent Reliability Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with identification and documentation of equipment failure modes
• Support reliability assessments including FMEA/FMECA, RCA, and failure trend analysis
• Analyse equipment performance and condition monitoring data
• Support inspections and asset health data collection
• Assist in identifying chronic equipment and reliability issues
• Support improvement initiatives focused on uptime, safety, and maintainability
• Participate in post-shutdown and post-overhaul reviews
• Assist with reliability risk identification and mitigation activities
• Support preparation of technical documentation, scopes of work, and reports
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications with guidance
• Assist with minor engineering reviews and design updates
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers as directed
• Support client reporting and client-facing activities under supervision

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline)
• Graduate or early-career engineer
• Construction White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence

Desirable

• Exposure to reliability, maintenance, or asset management
• Fixed plant, OEM, or heavy industry experience
• Mining or resources exposure
• AutoCAD or engineering software experience
• Data analysis or technical reporting skills
