Seeking:

• Technical and Solution-Focussed Graduate R&D Chemist with aspirations to create innovative products within the personal care space

• Looking to gain and further experience in formulating cosmetics, sunscreens, and therapeutic products compliant with TGA requirements

• Wanting to gain knowledge on how to deliver original and innovative solutions to complex formulation problems

• Hoping to one day deliver cosmetically elegant and high-quality topical formulations

• Motivated to have a track record of innovative solutions, i.e. patentable solutions or patented solutions

• Ability to communicate at all levels of organizations (from sales reps to board of directors)

• High levels of EI (emotional intelligence) and collaborative style

• One day have the ability to take calculated risks and to follow their intuition to deliver original and creative ideas

Location:

• South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)• Work at an innovative, leading and forward thinking R&D team

Salary:

• Great salary and negotiable on experience (between $60K - $75K + Super)• Full Time Permanent

Industry:

• Pharmaceutical / FMCG

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in a science or science-related field, formulation science is preferred• Master of Science or Ph.D. in Chemistry or science-related field.

• Project management experience gained from uni ideal
