Job Description
High Point University’s Graduate Student Accounts Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining all graduate/health profession students in order to facilitate the invoicing and collections of tuition statements. This will include monitoring their account balances and sending past due notices as needed, as well as working with the Director and Associate Director to collect on accounts that are severely past due when needed. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the coordination of graduate student health insurance charges, graduate monthly payment plans, graduate financial aid disbursement, semester billing and graduate refunds. This position will handle adjusting individual graduate student accounts as needed.
