The Role:
You will deliver tightly planned intervention that links directly to department schemes. You will pre-teach key vocabulary and methods, model worked examples and guide practice so pupils build accuracy and speed. You will run short sessions in reading, writing and numeracy, then apply gains to live class tasks in English, maths, science and humanities. You will check understanding with quick diagnostics, fix misconceptions early and use retrieval, mini quizzes and exam-style questions to secure recall. You will keep concise imp...
