Program Overview:

The Al Nokhba Program aims to empower and qualify Emirati fresh graduates across various fields, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and capabilities in line with international standards.

This 9-month program is designed to prepare young Emiratis for the workforce, incorporating various forms of theoretical and practical training.

Criteria:

  1. Nationality: United Arab Emirates
  2. Gender: Male and Female
  3. Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree
  4. Year of Graduation:
  5. Experience: No previous experience or a maximum of 3 years
  6. Age: Less than 30 years
  7. Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
