Graduate Trainee - Engineering

Overview

Starting in September 2026, based at our design & manufacturing facilities in Bedlington, Northumberland , this programme puts you right at the heart of our world class engineering design capabilities. The You’ll learn how our products are designed, built, and improved, and collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to design continuous improvement programmes and support customer bids

Through a series of structured rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full design engineering lifecycle. You’ll support work from early requirements capture and planning through to verification and qualification testing, building a strong technical foundation while contributing to real engineering projects. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, develop your problem-solving skills, and see how your work moves from concept to reality.
