Graduate Trainee - Operations

Overview

Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Abercynon, Wales , this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built, and improved - all while supporting our global commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Through a series of hands-on rotations across the manufacturing operation, you’ll gain real responsibility from day one. You’ll dive into production planning and scheduling within a fast-paced environment, get directly involved in kitting and material availability, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Along the way, you’ll work on live continuous improvement projects, learning problem-solving techniques, boosting yield, and helping drive productivity improvements that make a real impact on the business.
