Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Friday: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM
  • Alternate Saturday: Half day (OT claimable, subject to workload)
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to notify customers on overdue or delinquent accounts
  • Assist customers in arranging workable repayment plans
