Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Creative – Motion Graphics & Branding who will lead the brand identity, motion storytelling, and visual direction across all First Fiddle restaurant brands. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong branding sensibility, and motion-first creative execution .

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the creative vision for all restaurant brands
  • Lead branding, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
  • Define and maintain brand identity systems across outlets & digital platforms
  • Oversee:
  • Brand launches & rebranding projects
  • Motion graphics for social media, campaigns & in-restaurant screens
  • Menu branding, typography & visual systems
  • Digital assets, videos & promotional creatives
  • Lead, mentor, and review work of the in-house creative team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Operations & Leadership
  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands & cities
  • Manage external agencies, production houses & vendors
  • Balance creative excellence with speed and business priorities
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–20 years of experience in Graphic Design / Creative Leadership
  • Strong expertise in branding & motion graphics
  • Mandatory experience in Hospitality / F&B / Lifestyle / Entertainment brands
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • After Effects & Premiere Pro
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color & motion storytelling
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and large-scale projects
  • Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills
