Part Time Saints is our experimental label — more culture-driven, edgy, and Gen-Z in spirit. It’s where we push aesthetics, drops, storytelling, and content-led brand building.


This role works across both brands — balancing EcoRight’s warm, conscious, design-forward identity with Part Time Saints’ sharper, bolder, culture-first language.



Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can own day-to-day visual design across platforms — someone who is strong at layouts and branding, confident with photo editing, and comfortable editing short-form video.


You will work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate concepts into high-quality visual output across digital, social, performance marketing, website, packaging, and offline touchpoints.


This is not a “just execution” role — we’re looking for someone who contributes creatively, brings references, improves systems, and raises the overall visual bar.



Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Graphic Design

  • Design creatives for social media, ads, website, emailers, marketplaces, and campaigns.
  • Develop layouts for launch campaigns, lookbooks, banners, pitch decks, and brand assets.
  • Support packaging design, print collaterals, and offline branding material.
  • Ensure visual consistency while building distinct identities for EcoRight and Part Time Saints.


2. Photo Editing & Visual Finishing

  • Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Manage color correction, cleanup, cut-outs, resizing, and exports across platforms.
  • Create composites and campaign visuals as required.


3. Video & Motion

  • Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, ads, and drops.
  • Turn raw footage into engaging, brand-aligned visual stories.
  • Add motion, sound, animation, transitions, and basic effects.
  • Maintain visual rhythm and tone appropriate to each brand.


4. Creative Collaboration

  • Work with marketing and content teams on campaigns and launches.
  • Translate briefs into strong visual directions and executions.
  • Participate in brainstorming, moodboards, and creative development.
  • Maintain organised design systems and asset libraries.


Skills Required

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Solid foundation in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling .
  • Comfortable designing for both static and motion formats .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback cycles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design/editing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a brand, studio, or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and video work .
