A Designer on the Content & Engagement team is a skilled strategic thinker who is responsible for crafting highly branded and conversion-optimized creative across the divisions of Carnegie.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Work with team leaders and colleagues across Carnegie to optimize the team's efficiency and effectiveness by identifying possible improvements to workflow, and scheduling
- Champion project collaboration, working to motivate team members and ensure smooth and proactive interactions and processes
