About Code Ant
Code Ant AI is building the future of AI code health. Backed by Y Combinator, Entrepreneur First, Uncorrelated Ventures, we’re a super fast-moving team of 20 across San Francisco and Bangalore, already used by Fortune 500s and government agencies to ship secure, high-quality code at scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thinks like a brand builder and visual storyteller .
Someone who:
Can tell stories through illustrations
Is bold, opinionated, and taste-driven
Can create D2 C-style visuals for a B2 B product
Takes extreme ownership of how the brand looks and feels everywhere
What You’ll Do
Visual Storytelling & Illustration
Create original illustrations that explain complex ideas (code health, security, productivity) in a simple, striking way
Turn product features, case studies, and insights into scroll-stopping visuals
Build narratives with visuals, not just assets
Brand Building (Not Just Execution)
Define, document, and evolve Code Ant’s design guidelines
Ensure strong visual consistency across:
Website
Ads & campaigns
Social content
Sales & pitch decks
Push the brand to be bold, aggressive, and unmistakable
Fast-Paced Ownership
Move quickly from idea → execution → iteration
Take responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables
What Success Looks Like(First 30 Days)
Deeply understand what we’re building and why, the product, the problem, the audience, and Code Ant’s point of view
Translate brand narrative into clear visual principles:
Color, typography, illustration style
Layout systems, hierarchy, contrast
First 60 Days
Raise the overall design bar across teams
Fully own Code Ant’s visual language end-to-end
Systemize design using:
Reusable components
Illustration patterns
Templates for social, ads, landing sections
What We’re Looking For(Must-Haves)
A strong portfolio showcasing illustration-led, brand-driven work
Adobe Illustrator and figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Ability to explain why you designed something, not just how
Extreme ownership mindset
Good to Have
Experience with Framer
Experience designing for B2 B Saa S, developer tools, or tech products
Motion design or lightweight animation skills
Experience building brands from early or scaling stages
