Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at Cojective, based in Chandra Layout, Bangalore. If you have an eye for aesthetics, love turning ideas into compelling visuals, and enjoy designing across branding, marketing, and digital assets — we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design brand identities, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, brochures, and digital assets.
• Create clean, structured design layouts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive visual communication.
• Adapt designs for different formats — print, digital, and web.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to visual storytelling for campaigns and brand projects.
• Maintain a high level of quality and ensure timely delivery on all design tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
• Ability to think creatively and present design concepts clearly.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from our Bangalore (Chandra Layout) office (this is an in-house role).

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with design for social media, ads, and print-ready files.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly).
