Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead to join KPI Partners and lead high-impact visual storytelling across digital, print, and brand platforms.

Role: Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead

Location: Hybrid -Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

Experience: 10–15 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across digital & print : websites, social media, presentations, brochures, ads, and brand assets
• Own executive-level business presentations with strong storytelling and visual clarity
• Act as the brand custodian , ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Review and approve design outputs for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Mentor and guide designers , fostering design excellence
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and business teams on creative initiatives
• Create and evolve brand guidelines for global scale
• Lead external marketing assets, campaigns, events, partner collateral, and thought leadership
• Design/oversee videos, motion graphics, animations, and interactive content
• Stay current with design trends and tools; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with a strong portfolio (digital, print, presentations, video)
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with video/motion tools
• Strong understanding of brand systems, color theory, typography, and layout
