Job Title: Graphic Designer – B2C HealthTech

Experience - 3+ years

Location - Bangalore, on-site


About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help shape and scale the visual identity of our consumer health brand. You will work across digital products, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand assets to create designs that are clear, trustworthy, engaging, and conversion-focused .

In a health-tech environment, design isn’t just about looking good—it’s about building trust, simplifying complex information, and driving user action .


Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Design

  • Own and execute visual design across all consumer-facing touchpoints
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language, design system, and guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and iconography


Marketing & Growth Assets

  • Design creatives for:
  • Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, performance ads)
  • Website & landing pages
  • Emailers, WhatsApp creatives, push notifications
  • Collaborate with marketing & growth teams to create high-performing campaign creatives


Product, App & Website Design Support

  • Design in-app visuals, banners, illustrations, onboarding screens, and feature highlights
  • Work closely with Product Managers & UI/UX designers to ensure brand consistency inside the product
  • Work on designing the UI/UX for the website


Content & Education Design

  • Create infographics, explainer visuals, and educational content related to health and wellness
  • Simplify medical or technical information into consumer-friendly visuals


Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with:
  • Marketing & content teams
  • Product & UX teams
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with speed and attention to detail


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (B2C, digital-first brand preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Brand design
  • Digital marketing creatives
  • Social media & campaign work
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma (mandatory)

Strong understanding of:

  • Typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Designing for mobile-first and digital platforms


Good to Have

  • Experience in HealthTech, Wellness, Fitness, or Consumer Tech brands
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives (CTR, hooks, visual hierarchy)
  • Illustration or motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie)
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
