Graphic Designer - Full Time, Permanent, Immediate - $50,000 - $53,000.

Link Product Solutions Limited is one of Canada's fastest-growing suppliers of Seasonal, Stationery, and General Merchandise products to independent and major retailers across North America, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Based in Vaughan, Ontario, we operate from a 150,000 sq. ft. office, distribution, and showroom facility, supported by offsite satellite warehouses.

We are seeking a results-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print production. This role is ideal for a creative individual who have the experience and enjoys preparing artwork for product packaging, and print in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage custom designs for product packaging from concept through final production
• Develop graphic designs, production files, and print-ready artwork while ensuring brand consistency
• Design and update flyers, catalogues, and other marketing materials
• Review and approve production proofs to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with the graphic team on branding materials, new design concepts, illustrations, layouts, and graphics
• Prepare artwork with a strong understanding of sizing, color theory, and color systems (CMYK and Pantone)
• Present designs at various stages of the creative process for review and approval
• Research market and design trends and share new ideas with the team
• Photograph and edit sample products as required
• Coordinate with vendors and overseas manufacturers to ensure artwork meets technical and production specifications

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Graphic Design with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant product packaging and related industry experience
• Portfolio required
• Demonstrated conceptual design skills and solid knowledge of print production processes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of photography and photo-editing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Receptive to constructive feedback and able to revise work accordingly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in typography and layout
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
