**About the Global Digital Hub:**
The **Global Digital Hub** has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
**Your Opportunity :**
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms. You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
**Your day to day responsibilities are:**
+ Execute creative design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs.
+ Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements, objectives, and project deliverables.
+ Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and align with project goals.
+ Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Create design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
+ Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to maintain brand identity and visual coherence.
+ Utilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and refine designs.
+ Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and offer fresh ideas.
**As a qualified expert, you have:**
+ You hold a bachelor's degree and **4+ years of experience relevant professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment** .
+ **Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.**
+ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives.
+ **In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.**
+ **Proven experience in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums.**
+ **Proficiency in creating and optimizing visual content for various social media platforms.**
+ **Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.**
+ Knowledge of industry-standard print production processes and specifications.
+ Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow their skills.
+ **Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.**
