Job Detail

Our Graphic Designers play a vital role in assisting our clientele translate marketing strategies into high-impact visual narratives. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller, balancing technical precision with a strategic mindset.

Our Graphic Designers work full time and exclusively for one client. Our clientele are all US based companies or individuals in almost every industry. We are looking for dynamic, creative, self-motivated and adaptable professionals to join our growing team. You must have at least 5 years of experience in this area to be considered, and mastery of major design tools.

General Responsibilities

All Clients have unique needs, and we do our best to deliver the highest level of service to the best of our ability. This list is not all-inclusive and is general in nature but it resembles what many of our Graphic Designers are doing for our existing clientele.

  • Visual Storytelling & Brand Consistency: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts across digital and print platforms, ensuring all designs align strictly with brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of our visual identity.
  • Full-Lifecycle Project Management: Lead design projects from initial concept and mood boarding through to final production-ready assets, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Translate complex marketing objectives and creative briefs into high-performing visual assets (social media, web, email, and print) that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Copywriting, and Product teams to brainstorm creative strategies and provide design feedback that elevates the overall quality of our campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency & File Optimization: Maintain expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, ensuring all files are organized, optimized for their specific medium, and follow industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience doing graphic design work
  • Four (4) year college degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Mastery of graphic design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, Canva, and experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Khroma and Fontjoy
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Adaptability
