Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer cum Video Editor  with experience who can design engaging visuals and edit short-form videos for real estate marketing. The role involves creating content for social media, property promotions, advertisements, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media creatives, property ads, brochures, and banners
• Create layouts for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website
• Design branding material like posters, flyers, and presentations

Video Editing

• Edit property walk through videos, reels, and promotional videos
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad videos
• Add basic motion graphics, text animations, and music

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Video editing using Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• Understanding of social media content trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in graphic design & video editing
• Any design, media, or creative background preferred
