About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate brand requirements into visually compelling static designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Understanding & Alignment

  • Interpret and decode briefs shared by supervisors, understanding brand requirements, identity, and target audience.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of each brand’s voice, tone, and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the brand’s identity, values, and messaging style.


2. Design Creation

  • Develop high-quality static creatives for various marketing channels, including social media, emailers, ads, and other digital formats.
  • Work on visually engaging layouts that meet both creative expectations and performance objectives.


3. Research & Insight-Driven Creativity

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to deliver fresh and relevant artwork.
  • Conduct research on target audience behaviour, preferences, and demographics to ensure designs resonate effectively.
  • Review and analyze design performance data to refine future creative approaches.


4. Time & Workflow Management

  • Adhere to internal TATs, efficiently prioritize tasks, and deliver work within defined timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.


5. Operations & Process Adherence

  • Follow internal SOPs and established workflows to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Maintain organized working files, documentation, and version control.
